PAPER PULSE

Paper Presentation

📝 DESCRIPTION

This event challenges participants to explore innovative ideas, research emerging technologies, and present their knowledge with confidence. Each presentation encourages participants to think critically, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a clear understanding of their chosen topic. Participants will showcase their research, creativity, and technical insights through engaging presentations, followed by thought-provoking questions from the judges.

👥 TEAM SIZE

A team can consist of a maximum of 3 participants.

📋 RULES & REGULATIONS

    1. Topic Selection
  • 💻 Participants must select a technical topic relevant to the event theme and prepare a PowerPoint presentation based on the chosen topic.
    • 2. Paper Submission
  • Papers must be prepared and submitted in IEEE format (Abstract + Full Paper). A soft copy should be submitted before the deadline. Plagiarism limit: ≤ 20%.
    • 3. Presentation Guidelines
  • Each team will be allotted 7 minutes for the presentation (PPT). 3 minutes will be reserved for Q&A. The presentation should not exceed 12–15 slides.
    • 4. Domains
  • Participants may choose any one of the domains in the Field.

GLITCH HUNT

Circuit Debugging Challenge

📝 DESCRIPTION

🔧 Glitch Hunt is an exciting technical problem-solving event designed to test participants’ ability to identify, analyze, and rectify faults in electronic circuits.

⚙️ Participants will be provided with circuits containing intentional errors such as incorrect connections, faulty components, wrong resistor values, polarity issues, or programming-related faults

🧠 The challenge is to systematically diagnose the problem, identify its root cause, and restore the circuit to proper working condition within the given time. The event focuses on practical electronics knowledge, logical reasoning, troubleshooting skills, and accuracy.

👥 TEAM SIZE

Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to 3 members.

📋 RULES & REGULATIONS

    1. Number of Rounds
  • 🎯 The event consists of 3 rounds, designed to evaluate circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
    • 2. Time Limit
  • ⏱️ Each round will be conducted for a duration of 30 minutes
    • 3. Faulty Circuit
  • 🔌 Each team will receive a faulty electronic circuit containing hidden errors.
    • 4. Identify & Rectify
  • 🛠️ Participants must identify and rectify the faults within the allotted time.
    • 5. Provided Components Only
  • 🔩 Only components and tools provided by the organizers may be used.
    • 6. No External Assistance
  • 📵 Mobile phones, internet access, and external assistance are strictly prohibited.

PROTO CLASH

Project Explanation & Prototype Demo

📝 DESCRIPTION

Protoclash is a technical prototype presentation event where participants showcase their innovative working models and demonstrate solutions to real-world problems. Participants will explain the concept, working, components, applications, and future scope of their prototype.

👥 TEAM SIZE

Each team must present one prototype/model.

📋 RULES & REGULATIONS

  • The prototype should be original or meaningfully modified by the participants.
  • Each team will have a maximum of 20 minutes for presentation and demonstration.
  • Only hardware-based prototypes are allowed.
  • Laptops, simulation software/tools, and software-only demonstrations are not permitted.
  • Participants must explain the concept, working, components, applications, and future scope.
  • Judges may ask technical questions based on the prototype.

💡 QUIZORA is an exciting technical quiz that challenges participants to test their technical knowledge, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quick decision-making.

🔌 With 3 engaging rounds, participants will face a variety of questions covering electronics, communication, embedded systems, circuits, and emerging technologies.

Each team must consist of 4 members.

  • 🎯 The event will consist of 3 exciting rounds.
    • 2. Question Pattern

    • 3. Time Limit
  • ⏱️ Each round will have a specified time limit.
